Value for money considering prices in George Town. Wonderful hotel, awesome location, reasonably spacious and impressive rooms. The rooms on the 1st level. Attentive customer care, parking on site. The quick check-in. Good restaurant and exceptional meal;)))

Wi-Fi was quite slow.

I had an excellent time, value for money. The breakfast was very good and offered good choice of nice food. The room I received was updated and neat. The free parking was onsite, attentive service. They had a quick check-in.

Modern and quaint hotel, I really enjoyed its very central location just off eateries and the harbour crossing, restaurants, jetties and street art, and the nearby cafes. I had a very comfortable time, value for money. The breakfast was very very good and offered a huge variety of fine food.

I recently stayed at Victoria Garden in George Town for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location in the old town was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the area on foot. The hotel itself was modern and well-equipped, with everything in good working order. One highlight of our stay was the delicious waffles offered at breakfast. The staff, especially Mr Teo at the front desk, were friendly and helpful, even arranging for an early check-in. The rooms were clean and cozy, with adjustable air-conditioning and a delightful TV that could be hidden behind a picture. The bathroom was spacious and the water pressure was excellent. our experience at Victoria Garden was excellent with its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff.

Would recommend this hotel.

our recent stay in penang was surpassed by our time at victoria garden, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond in ensuring our comfort. the modern feel, comfortable rooms, and excellent shower were highlights. the breakfast buffet offered a great mix of western and malay cuisine.

Limited english movie channels.

The hotel is perfectly located, allowing guests to easily explore the main streets and attractions of the city on foot. The rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a great base for travelers. The staff is polite and accommodating, consistently going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Some guests expressed dissatisfaction with the breakfast options, specifically the way it was offered. However, there are plenty of nearby cafes where guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast if they prefer.

The location was favourable and perfect, value for money as opposed to other options. Set minute walk from a ferry port, which helped to explore George Town. Good service, though a few employees were not very friendly.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and very quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was amazing, with the ferry terminal and bus terminal just a few minutes away. There were also plenty of shops and cafes within walking distance.

We had a great Thanksgiving stay at this hotel. We appreciated the two complementary bottles of water and the breakfast buffet with many options. The location was perfect for exploring the city center and within walking distance of public transportation. We also enjoyed the convenience of the free parking.

The only downside was a confusion with the tourist tax. The reception charged us twice, once in cash and once on our credit card.

During our family trip with two small kids, we had a comfortable stay in a well-located hotel close to top attractions, cafes, and ferry station. The room and bathroom were clean with responsive staff catering to our needs. The breakfast was appetizing with limited choices but filling. The parking area was ample, and staff at the front desk were professional and friendly. However, the soundproofing could be improved as outside noise was significant.
